Changes to T123 Premium Car Park 

The T123 Premium Car Park is moving to a new home on Level 2 of the T123 Car Park. This puts you on the same level as the pedestrian bridges across to Terminals 1, 2 and 3.  

From November 11, 2026 Premium parking will not be available at Level 1. 

Customers must pre-book before arriving. Drive-up parking will no longer be available at the T123 Premium Car Park. 

Prefer to park without booking ahead? Drive-up parking continues to be available at T4 Premium Car Park.

 What’s changing 

• New location: T123 Premium Car Park is moving from Level 1 to Level 2 of the T123 Car Park. 
• Closer to the terminals: Conveniently located on the same level as the pedestrian bridges across to the terminals. 
• Pre-booking required: You must book the T123 Premium parking before arriving. Drive-up access will no longer be available. 
• Drive-up alternative: The T4 Premium Car Park will continue to offer drive-up parking. 

Book before you arrive 

Bookings are required to access the T123 Premium Car Park. 

Have the QR code from your booking confirmation ready for when you arrive. 

 Driving instructions 

1. From the Tullamarine Freeway, follow signs to Melbourne Airport. 
2. Take Exit 20, following signs to P T123. 
3. Proceed to the T123 Car Park entry. Enter any lane and scan the QR code from your booking confirmation. 
4. Proceed up the ramp, following the signs to the T123 Premium Car Park on Level 2. 
5. At the boom gate, scan your QR code again. 
6. Enter the car park and park in a vacant bay. 

T4 Premium Car Park will continue to offer drive-up parking, with no pre-booking required.
